  • Mr. Jason JIANG Nanchun
    Chairman

    Jason JIANG is currently the Chairman of Focus Media. After graduating from the Chinese Department of the East China Normal University, Jason founded Focus Media in 2003 and he was the first Chinese to put forward the business idea of life-style media.
    In April 2006, Jason was named one of China’s Top 25 Most Influential Business Leaders by Fortune magazine. In February 2007, Jason received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award for Mainland China, the only such global award highly regarded in the business community. In November 2010, Jason was recognized by the 2010 APEA (Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards) as a Young Entrepreneur of the Year. It was the first time that the award ceremony had taken place in Mainland China. In March 2011, Jason was presented a grand award for his 30-year influence on Chinese advertising by China Advertising magazine. In January 2018, Jason received the 2017 Business Leader in a New Age Award. In January 2019, Jason Jiang was named one of China’s Top 10 Economic Figures in the Year of 2018 by People’s Daily.

  • Mrs. KONG Weiwei
    Deputy Chairman

    KONG Weiwei is currently the Deputy Chairman of Focus Media. She received her BA in Management from Renmin University and MA in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Before joining Focus, she was a Product Manager in the Corporate Banking Division of China Merchants Bank, a Research Analyst at Bank of China Investment Management, Senior Analyst at China Merchants Securities and Senior Analyst at ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management.

  • Mr. JI Hairong
    Director

    JI Hairong is currently the Director of Focus Media. Prior to that, he also served as Director, VP of Public Relations and Senior VP. He received his BA in Literature from the East China Normal University and MA from the Ehime University in Japan. Before joining Focus, he was a Lecturer in Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

  • Mr. Zhang Guanghua
    Independent Director

     Zhang Guanghua is an Independent Director at Focus Media. He is a Ph.D. in Political Economy from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He is currently an independent director of Bank of Beijing Co., Ltd., an independent director of Honeycomb Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the chairman of Social Value Investment Alliance (Shenzhen). He used to work for the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the Hainan Branch of the People's Bank of China, and later served as the president and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Guangdong Development Bank, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, the secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, the vice president and the vice chairman of China Merchants Bank, the Chairman of China Merchants Bank International Financial Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of Wing Lung Bank, Chairman of China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd., Chairman of China Merchants Cigna Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Chairman of CMB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bosera Fund Management Co., Ltd., etc.

  • Mr. Yin Ke
    Independent Director

    Yin Ke is an Independent Director at Focus Media. He holds a master's degree in economics from Zhejiang University. He is currently a senior consultant of Canadian Pension Fund Investment Company, a member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, a director of Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., and a director of Beijing Oriental Plaza Co., Ltd. He has served as the secretary to the general manager of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the deputy chief executive of CITIC Capital Holdings Co., Ltd., the chief executive of CITIC Securities International Co., Ltd., the executive director and vice chairman of CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., the chairman of the International Cooperation Committee of the Securities Association of China, advisory member of the Securities and Futures Commission, and executive director and vice chairman of CITIC Pacific Limited.

  • Mr. Cai Aiming
    Independent Director

    Cai Aiming is an Independent Director at Focus Media. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Nankai University. He is currently the executive director of Beijing Fifth Media Advertising Co., Ltd., the manager of Beijing Yizhai Yiyuan Construction and Development Co., Ltd., and the manager and executive director of Compass Smart City (Beijing) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. He has served as a reporter for Xinhua News Agency and an external cadre.

  • Mr. Ye Kangtao
    Independent Director

    Ye Kangtao is an Independent Director at Focus Media. He holds a Ph.D. in accounting from Peking University and a post-doctorate in accounting from the University of North Carolina，and he is also a member of National Accounting Leading Talent Project. He is currently the dean and professor of the School of Business of Renmin University of China, and an independent director of COFCO Sugar Holdings Co., Ltd. He has served as editor of Peking University Business Review, lecturer, deputy director and associate professor of the Accounting Department of Renmin University of China Business School, associate professor and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Renmin University of China Business School, director of the Finance Department of Renmin University of China, and executive vice president of the Graduate School of Renmin University of China.
